This is a nice, clumping variety of celery, that produces good, upright stems, that is delicious.
In cold climates it is best kept as an annual, but if you live where it is warm during winter, they can be kept as biennial.
The seed is very viable and quick to shoot.
Two to three days at the most.
Because celery roots are very close to the surface you may need to water two or three times a day during the hottest parts of the year
Be careful not to plant too much celery at once.
