How could you possibly have a vegetable garden without this magnificent herb, Coriander?
The entire plant is pungently aromatic, the fine, fern like foliage, beautiful, abundant white flowers, only to be followed by it’s mildly narcotic seeds.
The Coriander greens can be used through most of the year, the seeds are great in pickles and curries, and the root can be used in bean dishes and soups.
Coriander grows quickly from seed and once planted it will reseed itself easily, year after year.
