Lavender English – Seeds

Lavender English or True Lavender – Lavendula angustifolia

Out of stock

With over 28 species of Lavender growing worldwide, there is certainly one for everyone.
We have chosen the English because of the abundance of flower and herb that it produces, as well as the simple fact that most herbal remedies are based on research from this plant.
It strikes from seed well but is inconstant and will probably not all germinate at the same time.
We have noticed germination is often spread over several months.
This is generally not a problem as you simply prick out the maturing plants one by one and pot them on.
Flower tea is great for anxiety, headaches, flatulence, nausea, dizziness and halitosis.
Not suitable for heavy clay soils.

Remember, it was originally from areas that drained well and were not waterlogged, especially during winter.
