Tatsoi, also known as Chinese flat cabbage, rosette bok choy or spoon mustard is another super leafy dark green veggie that is rich in vitamins A, C and K and has high levels of calcium, potassium, phosphorous and iron.
Tatsoi is another of the very ‘space efficient’ vegetables that is easily grown in pots or containers without any loss of condition.
If you plant them in staggered fashion either weekly or fortnightly you can be assured of a continous supply for the kitchen.
As with many Asian vegetables, they can be harvested at any age.
Leave one or two to go to full maturity so that next years seed crop is secure.
